Sarah Diaz and Sabrina Thomas first became friends while working together in property management in 2014. Before long, that friendship grew into a business partnership, and Sold by Sarah & Sabrina was born. Over the years, they’ve built a business, raised their families alongside one another in the South Sound, and become the kind of partners who know exactly how the other thinks.

Between them, they bring nearly three decades of experience across residential and commercial real estate, long-term property management, and short-term and vacation rentals. That background has given them a broad view of real estate and a lot of experience navigating the things that don’t always fit neatly into a transaction checklist.

Their partnership works because they know each other well, communicate constantly, and bring different strengths to the table. Just as importantly, they take the time to understand each client’s lifestyle, priorities, and long-term goals so the experience never feels one-size-fits-all. They talk through strategy, compare perspectives, problem-solve together, and tailor their approach to what actually matters to the person in front of them. Their advice is candid, thoughtful, and grounded in years of experience.

Sarah and Sabrina believe real estate should be fun and exciting. Buying or selling a home is a big deal, and while there can certainly be stressful moments, they don’t believe stress should define the experience. They work hard to keep the process organized, keep communication open, solve problems as they come up, and make room to actually enjoy the exciting parts along the way.

Both are veterans and military spouses, so they understand firsthand the uncertainty and logistics that can come with relocation and military life. They have also spent years living, working, volunteering, and raising their families in the South Sound. Their kids have grown up alongside one another here, and today Sarah and Sabrina live just a block apart outside Lacey.

After more than a decade of working together, many of their favorite parts of the business have little to do with a closing table. It’s the people they’ve gotten to know, the families they’ve watched grow, and the clients who come back years later when it’s time for the next move. Those long-term relationships are a big part of what Sold by Sarah & Sabrina has become.
